Hi there, my name is Mark Bagally and I'm a full time representational painter of landscape and marine subjects in both oil and watercolour. I live at Torquay (Vic) on the southern coast of Australia on the doorstep of the Great Ocean Road, thus my fondness of the coast and sea. I love to paint en plein air and use the studies and sketches I do in the field, to progress larger studio works. I am a current Fellow and former President of the historic Victorian Artist's Society (VAS) as well as former Treasurer and National Vice President of the Australian Society of Marine Artists (ASMA). I am a founding member of the Brandon Circle Melbourne, a group of established representational artists, gaining some notoriety in the Melbourne art scene.
